Set the pace...

Standing Rigging;  rigging that remains permanently in position as a means of steadying spars.  All Standing Rigging should be inspected before you leave the dock or after you return from a long voyage.

Any Shroud or Stay that shows signs of wear or rust should be closely examined. Any wire with a broken strand or cracked swage fitting should not be used.

Lifelines; Lifelines are normally made of wire, they usually attach to the pulpit on the bow to the pushpit at the stern. They are used to keep passengers and crew from falling overboard.

For safety as well as cosmetic reasons life lines need to be replaced at regular intervals depending upon use, UV exposure and other environmental factors.

Over the past 40+ years Hayn Marine has set the standard for quality and service in cable hardware. Hayn Marine has been able to accomplish this by manufacturing their hardware at their own facility in Rocky Hill, CT. Hayn Marine offers top-quality stainless steel lifeline and rigging hardware as well as architectural hardware, swaging equipment, and handy crimp lifeline hardware.

Through a recent partnership with
Petersen Stainless in the UK to manufacture and distribute their products in the USA Hayn now offers Hi-MOD compression fittings.
